CANCELLATION POLICY
At Fresh Coast Hair Co. I work diligently to maintain my schedule and respect every guests time. Occasionally, unforeseen events cause myself or you to run behind. I am always understanding to these occurrences. The following policy is in place to protect salon guests and business to run as efficiently and productively as possible. To cancel or reschedule your upcoming appointment please do so as soon as possible to allow me time to notify another guest of the open availability. 48 hours is preferred. In the event of consistent last minute schedule changes you may be prevented from pre-booking in the future. In the event of missing your appointment without communication future booking may not be permissible, and in the event of consistent tardiness of more than 10 mins you may be subject to an additional fee with your service.
